Niall McDermott, President of Rormac International routinely is invited to speak at various seminars and corporate events on the subject of International Business Development and  Global Product  Management.

Mr. McDermott is active with many business organizations including   the   Berks County Chamber of Commerce International Business Committee and Chester County International Committee Advisory Board . He has served as Mentor for the Philadelphia Trade Council, and gives seminars for the CCDC, Lancaster Chamber of Commerce, the Kutztown University SBDC and  Small Business Administration. Mr. McDermott has lectured on International Business at St. Josephs University , MBA program,  the Fox Business School of Business & Management at Temple University , Albright College, Reading, PA and Alvernia College, Reading PA . Mr. McDermott  served as the  Executive in Residence for the International Business Program at Elizabethtown College , PA in 2005.
