Model F329HE

The model F329 HE is specifically designed to fill Hypak syringes. This high performance Cozzoli filler will provide moderate production output in a batch filling operation.

Filling Method

The model F329 HE is specifically designed to fill Hypak syringes. This high performance filler will provide moderate production output in a batch filling operation. The model F329HE Cozzoli syringe filler provides production rates of one tub of syringes in 35 seconds - depending on format, fill volume and liquid flow characteristics.

Syringe Handling

The positive displacement piston pumps and slide valves provide fill accuracies of +\- .5% of fill volume, depending on fill volume and product, and may be disassembled for autoclaving. Precision manufactured fill nozzles prevent product dripping. The product contact parts are constructed of 316L stainless steel for sanitary production, and the contact parts have no seals or o-rings to eliminate potential product contamination. When filling viscous products, the F329 is pro vided with enlarged intake ports, clean out ports and air bleed valves.

Machine Programming and Operation

Syringes enter the machine in preloaded tubs or other holding device with a consistent pattern. A cradle provides support during the fill sequence. Once activated, the F329 will index the tub, pausing at each index to allow a fill to occur. During each pause, the fill nozzles descend into the syrings to perform bottom-up filling. Once the fill needles have retracted, the cradle will index to the next row. Upon fill sequence completion, the cradle will index forward within easy reach of the operator for removal.
